Look for close proximity to schools. Stanford Crossing is within walking distance to Lathrop High School and only two miles away from Lathrop Elementary.
Make sure there are plenty of recreational opportunities. Stanford Crossing offers a variety of beautiful new parks featuring picnic areas, basketball courts, play structures and so much more. There’s even a skate park. The San Joaquin River runs along the west side of the community offering boating, fishing and birdwatching.
Factor in freeway access. Stanford Crossing is minutes from I-5 and offers easy access to Interstate 205 providing east/west connectivity to the Bay Area and Silicon Valley, as well as State Route Highway 120 an east/west connector between I-5 and Highway 99.
Don’t compromise on safety. The City of Lathrop opened its first Police Department earlier this year. The state-of-the-art facility is Lathrop’s first ever law enforcement agency. Thirty-five sworn officers and 12 non-sworn professional personnel are ready to serve the community.
