Fall Events
Head to R + C Family Farms for a full fall day of pumpkin picking, fall crafts, a hay maze, flower picking, and farm animals to visit. It is a fairly popular event, so they ask that you register ahead of time through EventBrite.
Visit this fun family farm right here in Lathrop for a corn maze, pig races, the Dell’Osso Teeny Town (an adorable, full kid-sized village), live concerts, gem mining, pumpkin blasters, carousel, pony rides, pumpkin painting, country store and food court. They’re open from noon – 5 pm, with things starting to shut down around 4 pm.
Consider a date night to the Discovery Park in Sacramento for the Golden Sky Country Music Festival. Keith Urban, Thomas Rhett, Luke Bryan and Turnpike Troubadours are headlining with Elle King, Clint Black and more filling the ticket.
Costume up your crew and join us right here in Stanford Crossing at the Generations Center for our Trunk-or-Treat event. Bring your own bag or bucket to collect treats, vote for your favorite decorated vehicle and participate in our costume contest.
Get your cosplay on for the Tracy Toy and Anime Comic Con. There’ll be a costume contest at 2:30 pm and lots of vendors with all the collectibles you love. Kids 10 and under are free as is parking and it’s just $8 at the door.
Winter Holiday Events
Head to the Stockton Ballpark for this magical holiday event. This artistic performance follows young Koda as he visits the Georgia Aquarium, sees all the beautiful colors of the ocean and then dreams about them that night. It’s an amazing experience you’ll be walking through and it all comes to life with lanterns in a lighted performance that will leave everyone in awe.
Head into Old Town Lodi and watch their annual Parade of Lights, featuring over 80 floats. Grab your seat along South School Street and West Pine Street between 6 and 9 pm to see a flood of lit, themed floats, marching bands and dance groups stream by.
Bundle up and join the Lathrop community at Valverde Park at 6:30 pm for a small parade and tree lighting. Enjoy choirs and dance performances and sip some hot cocoa at this festive event.
Held at the Lathrop Community Center, families enjoy treats and a visit with Santa. Families can register for the event and purchase a package that includes a family photo with Santa, two craft kits and a half-dozen donuts. They’ve had a special pup-hour in past years where your package includes one photo with Santa, one pupcake, one paw print ornament and a half-dozen donuts. Prices usually range between $25 – $30 per package.
